Invitation to hear Press Remarks
By
United Nations Secretary General, Ban Ki-moon
You are cordially invited to hear remarks to the press by United Nations Secretary General, Ban Ki-moon, during his forthcoming visit to the Gaza Strip. Whilst in Gaza, Mr Ban will visit a UN installation and health project. This will be his final visit to Gaza as he approaches the end of his term in office.
The press event will take place on Tuesday 28 June at 10:30 at the Zaitoun, Co-ed Elementary D school (access through the pedestrian gate on along Abraj Tal Al Hawa Street only) in Gaza city.
- The press event will include a statement by the Secretary General. There will be no Q&A.
- Please note that journalists wishing to attend should reply to the e mail address below. Their names will be put on a list and only those on the list will be admitted.
- Please also note that the school gates will close at exactly 10:00. No Media will be allowed entry after this time.
- For security reasons, please avoid parking in the street in front of the school.

دعوة لحضور التصريحات الصحفية الصادرة عن الأمين العام للأمم المتحدة السيد بان كي مون
يسرنا دعوة سيادتكم لسماع التصريحات الصحفية التي سيدلي بها الأمين العام للأمم المتحدة السيد بان كي مون أثناء زيارته المقبلة لقطاع غزة. حيث سيقوم السيد بان بزيارة مبنى تابع للأمم المتحدة بالإضافة إلى مشروع صحي. وتجدر الإشارة هنا إلى أنّ هذه الزيارة هي الأخيرة له لقطاع غزة حيث شارفت مدة ولايته على النهاية.
سيُعقد المؤتمر الصحفي يوم الثلاثاء الموافق 28 يونيو في تمام الساعة العاشرة والنصف صباحًا في مدرسة الزيتون الإبتدائية المشتركة (يمكن الوصول للمدرسة فقط من خلال البوابه المخصصة للمشاة الواقعة على إمتداد شارع أبراج تل الهوا) في مدينة غزة.
- سيتضمن المؤتمر الصحفي بيانًا صادر عن الأمين العام. ولن يعطي المجاللطرح الأسئلة.
- يُرجى من الصحفيين الراغبين في الحضور الرد على عنوان البريد الالكتروني المذكور أدناه.
- سيتم إدراج أسماء الصحافيين الراغبين بالحضور في قائمة وسيُسمح بالدخول فقط لمن هو ضمن هذه القائمة.
- يُرجى العلم أنّ بوابات المدرسة ستغلق في تمام الساعة العاشرة صباحًا. ولن يتم السماح لأي صحافي بالدخول بعد ذلك.
- لأسبابٍ أمنية، الرجاء تجنب ركن السيارات في الشارع أمام المدرسة.
